Filler I

Some extra art for you guys. Especially since issue 2 will probably take quite a while to be finished. The intention is supposed to be to finish it for October Expo, but that didn't work with #1 so I wouldn't hold my breath with #2. I will try my absolute hardest though!

Actually, because I have been writing these characters so long, it's very strange to be writing and drawing them as they are here, where they don't really know each other or get along yet.

If anyone is interested, this is windsor and newton drawing inks, fine liners and white gel pen. :)

wow this is gorgeous! I've brought some inks to use for colouring not long ago, but I stupidly bought Indian inks so they dried right away, and are much better for mark making then colouring ^^; I assume drawing inks are different though, these almost look like a stronger textured water colour! :D

@Dasaii - thank you! XD

@Mimi-Evelyn - XD Haha, that's a great mental image! Though funnily enough, I think it's one subject they would agree on straight away!

@Theorah - Eeek, thank you! Yeah it is a lot like a more concentrated watercolour. I dilute them quite a bit and use them that way because then I get more life out of them. If you put them down directly they do dry almost instantly and are even stronger in colour.

@EmiraBrightleaf - aww, thank you! Gosh, I can't wait to be able to settle down to work on it, but I've stupidly got -three- books going on at the moment. In the summer...!
